Try meals with tinned tuna or eggs. Hope it all works out for you soon

Top Ramen (jk) - what about canned tuna/chicken/etc?

Whey protein shakes, maybe? Canned tuna could work, or TVP. Eggs also don’t need refridgeration.

Canned fish, ie tuna, sardines, salmon Beef or turkey jerky. Canned or dry beans.
The fridge has been replaced, but I in the meantime, I got creative with my meals. It was frustrating at first but it’s actually not that limiting.
Thanks everyone for the reminder that tuna/chicken/sardines exist. Hadn’t eaten canned protein in a while.
Dinner: Sardine, quinoa, shishito pepper, and carrot stir fry.
Added a little bit of garlic salt and used some of the olive oil that came in the can of sardines to cook the peppers. One of those moments where I kept thinking “I really hope this tastes ok.” Not bad.

Lunch:
Last of my shishito peppers and quinoa and a big can of chicken with dijon mustard. Also had a vanilla casein shake with whole milk on the side. The fridge at work is stocked with milk for coffee, whaaat?

Dinner: Got lazy and microwaved the sweet potato. Mistake. The skin felt like cardboard in my mouth.
Side note: I love NYC green carts. Bag of 4 avocados for $3 on my way home from work? Don’t mind if I do. I really wanted avocado with dinner, but no refrigerator meant I was going to eat the WHOLE avocado or none at all. No regrets.
Underneath I had another stir fry, this time with bell pepper strips, rice, canned salmon, canned tuna, and copious amounts of Sriracha.

Are the canned meats really not nasty? Tuna is fine but I’ve always been afraid of chicken and salmon.
