So my refrigerator broke last Friday. The freezer completely died Sunday so I cooked the meats I had stockpiled to eat for lunch and dinner this week. Service tech came by yesterday and said it will need to be replaced. The question now is, when?
He also unplugged the refrigerator (it was cooling some but barely) and all my food went bad while I was at work. No more chicken boobs.
Any suggestions for well rounded meals (but mostly high protein) that require no refrigeration?
